Frequently Asked Questions

  • Send us your file — for example, in STL format.

  • We check the model and confirm the price.
You can calculate an approximate cost in our 3D Printing Calculator. The final price depends on the material, complexity, and quantity (for larger orders, the unit price may be lower).

  • We agree on the details — deadlines, material, and other specifics. Usually, we can start production right away.

  • You make the payment.

  • We start printing.

  • The finished product is shipped via SmartPost or another delivery option. You can also pick it up in person at the agreed time.

    • Describe your project — tell us what you want, the size, and the color of the item. Ideally, provide photos or examples that will help us create the design (e.g., your company logo or similar references).

    • We prepare a proposal — based on your information, our 3D design studio 3DFight.com will provide a price offer for creating a 3D model (STL). Usually, model creation takes from a few days up to a week.

    • We create the 3D model.

    • Once the model is ready, we start printing — following the same process as in FAQ #1 (“Order with a ready design”), according to our 3D printing price list.

Yes! We can print projects up to 1 meter in size. This makes it possible to produce both large prototypes and finished products.

We work with a wide range of materials: PLA, ABS, PETG, nylon, as well as composite materials reinforced with carbon and other additives. We’ll help you choose the best option for your project.

The time depends on the size and complexity of the project. Small parts can be ready in 1–2 days, while larger orders take longer. If needed, we can also offer express production.

In that case, we choose the material and color ourselves, based on the best balance of price and quality suitable for your 3D model. Typically, we use PLA (or PLA Plus) in white, black, or gray.

The price depends on the client’s specific requirements. If the creative brief is not very detailed and the client only has a general idea of what they want (for example, without a precise drawing or dimensions), the price is usually lower — but it’s important to note that the designer’s vision might differ slightly from the client’s. If the client provides a clear technical assignment — such as a drawing with exact dimensions and details — the price is higher, but the result will be more accurate and closer to the client’s expectations.
